Fast, efficient, friendly service I purchased a new vehicle over the phone, a couple weeks later I drove to Stockton and picked up a ready and waiting vehicle. I spent a couple hours d I purchased a new vehicle over the phone, a couple weeks later I drove to Stockton and picked up a ready and waiting vehicle. I spent a couple hours doing paperwork and was headed home in about 3 hours. The staff new I was in a hurry and were very accommodating. Will definitely be back there. Thanks Boon More

Best Car buying experience.. AGAIN I said I'd be back in 4 years for a car for my parents and Toyota Town Stockton delivered again! I contacted Sid a few weeks ago. He was super knowle I said I'd be back in 4 years for a car for my parents and Toyota Town Stockton delivered again! I contacted Sid a few weeks ago. He was super knowledgeable about all the different RAV4 models. I asked him to let me know when there would be a sale. He emailed letting me know of a rebate plus finance special. . When we came in, Boon met us and instantly made us feel like family. Had we not found a workaround, Boon would have driven the new car to my parents state of NV in order to save them the hassle of re-registering it. That's a 260 mile round trip!! And now you know why I insisted my parents buy their car from Toyota Town Stockton. I felt this well cared for 4 years ago. More
Wheel fell off on Hammer Lane after tire rotation On August I5 I took my truck to Toyota Town for our annual service. I signed the paperwork - and after traveling about 0.3 miles the left rear tire f On August I5 I took my truck to Toyota Town for our annual service. I signed the paperwork - and after traveling about 0.3 miles the left rear tire fell off my truck - I believe the lug nuts were not put on the studs - Steve the Service Manager indicated the lug nuts were improperly installed - either way all 6 lug nuts are missing - and the wheel is off the truck. I CALLED OUR SERVICE ADVISOR DYLAN AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION - DYLAN SAID THEY WILL COME OUT AND HELP - HE SAID GET A TOW TRUCK AND IF YOU CHOOSE BRING YOUR TRUCK BACK - WE WILL LOOK AT IT. I called AAA - the Stockton Police Arrived - my wife called Toyota Town again -- We were stuck JUST PAST the intersection of Hammer and West Lane - A VERY DANGEROUS INTERSECTION in the middle lane - for 35 - 45 minutes - Finally mechanics from Toyota Town arrived - placed the tire rim back on the truck and drove back to the agency. - I WOULD SAY A LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL ON THE MECHANIC SIDE TO THE EQUATION AND A CARE LESS ATTITUDE ON THE PART OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR PLACED MY WIFE AND I, THE STOCKTON POLICE AND THE MOTORIST TRAVELING IN OR AROUND THAT INTERSECTION IN VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. Hassle free I was browsing the internet for my first ever car. I inquired through internet about the toyota rav4 hybrid and was amazed about the fast response to I was browsing the internet for my first ever car. I inquired through internet about the toyota rav4 hybrid and was amazed about the fast response to my inquiry. Sid followed up by emailing me details about the car Im interested in. Called them up and set the appointment. On the day of my appointment I was shocked how welcoming the dealership was, no dealers outside that will scare you off. Met up with Sid talked about options, picked the car I want and few hours later, I drove away with my new car. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The whole experience was fast and hassle free. More

I did not have an appointment but it was serious enough for me to want my car to be checked. I did not get the same good service as I did when I had just a regular maintenance. This made me very concerned because i had to contact service being after 8 hrs they had not contacted me. Also the lady that spoke to my husband said thing that he knew I would be very upset about. I had to call 5x to reach a service manager which also concerned me. My car did get fixed but I now feel concerned every time I have to take my car in. I will have to see how it goes the next time I have to take my car in. Unfortunately there was no real customer service once my car got there. More
