No hustle and stress free First I try to go online for quote. There’s no response for almost 3 hours so we just decided to go to the dealership. When we arrived at parking lot we saw a couple of salesman standing, but only Syed approach us and the rest is history. He is so knowledgeable on his trade and very thorough, patience in explaining my senior citizen aunt who only need a reliable car only to get around in the city. He taught her how to navigate and operate the new systems of the car. No pressures on any way. Very very helpful to the extent he facilitated in purchasing to buy an insurance for the new car. The only negative side is on there internet department. They were too late in responding to me and grabbing the credit on Mr. Syed Ahad is work very very hard for this and the credit goes to Sid Momini. I was feeling bad, sad and frustrated for Syed Ahad. Maybe the dealer should inform the customer about this kind of policy when we do a online quote. I feel that Syed robbed of this credit and Sid Momini the Johnny come lately is the credit grabber very sad 😢. More

What Car-Buying SHOULD be! I visited 4 dealerships looking for my new car and was lucky to have Syed as my salesman at ToyotaTown. The first visit, we test drove a Highlander a I visited 4 dealerships looking for my new car and was lucky to have Syed as my salesman at ToyotaTown. The first visit, we test drove a Highlander and he was an encyclopedia of all the features, including many features that I had not seen in the online reviews I had read on the Highlander. His ability to let the vehicle sale itself was impressive and there was absolutely NO PRESSURE from him, these two things combined with the awesomeness of the Highlander itself was the reason I bought a Highlander instead of an Armada. Syed told me he was available anytime if I had any more questions and after a couple of days of shopping, I called and scheduled to go in for a 2nd test drive and Syed went over the multiple safety and comfort features, which made even more sense hearing them a 2nd time... after Syed found the model and color I wanted, I was sold. I was not expecting to be able to buy that day though. My spouse was home sick with a very bad cold and we wanted the vehicle in both our names. Syed offered to work with the Finance Guy, Jeff (who was also very incredible to work with and made the paperwork super easy) and I signed all the paperwork, then Syed drove with me to my home for my spouse to sign... if that is not COMPLETE customer service, I do not know what customer service is then! If working with Toyotatown in the future is anything like working with Syed and Jeff, I am looking forward to a good, long relationship. Thank you, Syed and Jeff! More
