Excellent customer service I had an appointment with Erick and when I got there he had 2 other customers. At first I thought I had an appointment and was on time I should have I had an appointment with Erick and when I got there he had 2 other customers. At first I thought I had an appointment and was on time I should have been seen. However, his pleasant personality made me feel at ease and I just realized he was busy just like everyone else helping a customer. It helps when someone stays calm knowing you are upset.
