I wanted a VERY specific 2017 Tacoma, which ended up being very rare with only 3 availa Kevin Hamlin and the rest of the crew were ABSOLUTELY amazing! I wanted a VERY specific 2017 Tacoma, which ended up being very rare with only 3 available in the entire state of California. He went way out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted, and got the truck for me from Santa Cruz in less then 5 days thanks to Mo who is always a friendly face when you first arrive to get you with the person you need. Adam in financing was just as great. Very personable and cool to talk with as if we were friends. Sadly less then a week after buying it, the truck was broken into (not surprising in Stockton) and the door glass broken in doing so. A small interior bezel piece was damaged from this, so I had to get it replaced. Daren in the parts department, just like everyone else, was extremely helpful and very perceptive to my issue and even helped me out a little on the price on his own because of my troubles. This place really sets the bar when it comes to dealerships. This was my first ever new car, and I expected a shark tank, and instead got a school of fish who all work together to make sure everyone is taken care of. One of the BEST customer experiences Ive ever have, and I actually love going back there now with whatever I need :). More

When we did arrive to look at several hybrid models, Stephanie had been delayed by another customer and we met with Luis Rubio, a helpful young man who explained the cars well and answered every question. The Finance office did an excellent job of providing an excellent loan. Stephanie arrived and proved to be delightful in person as well as on the phone.
