Our purchase depended on the Volkswagen diesel buyback program, which took a lot longer than I expected it to. Yet Ms. de la Rosa patiently waited, keeping in touch almost weekly, informing me of updated pricing, and always understanding when I had to keep deferring. We live about fifty miles from Stockton, so we never actually met her, but I don't think I've ever worked with a more caring and hard-working a dealer rep. More
