I actually started my day at Honda next door to Toyota Town, as I was planning on purchasing my 5th CRV, however the dealership was extremely busy and I actually started my day at Honda next door to Toyota Town, as I was planning on purchasing my 5th CRV, however the dealership was extremely busy and after a 2 hour wait and the salesman working with me trying to sell me an accord instead of assisting me in finding what I was looking for, I went online and reviewed RAV 4's. I ended up speaking with Kevin Hamlin at Toyota Town and headed his way and a very short time later I actually drove off the lot in my new RAV 4, which I got a fantastic price on and I love!! Kevin and his team were absolutely amazing to deal with and ensured they not only met my needs but also exceeded my expectations. They work as a team, so it is easy to believe they have my best interest in mind. The inventory lists I accessed via Internet were accurate and up to date. I asked questions and got thorough answers about the vehicles, warranties and financing. I took 5 days back and forth. I was always met with friendliness and willingness to hear me out. For this sale I did begin to think of Toyota Town as 'my go-to-place' I went from "I hate to buy cars." to "I can do this!" This change in attitude started with Stephanie who took me on a test drive; Kevin wrote up the sale with professional confidence and know-how. The price had been pre-determined by another Internet sales person, choices of models were offered, Kevin's information was complete. He patiently waited while I made decisions. The process was smooth. Even when I had to communicate with a credit agency the sale was not slowed down. I went home with the car I thought I would have to wait 24 hours for. It was very apparent Kevin and Jeff of the Finance Dept work together well. Jeff put me at such ease with his pleasant manner that when he asked "Are there any questions?" I sensed he meant it. I asked my questions; Jeff did several calculations so I could compare which financial plan benefited me. He was very transparent with the numbers. Clearly Toyota is a great brand; the cars almost sell themselves and the personnel focus on the customer. Incredible service!!! Kevin continued to help me after the sale. Genuine service Toyota Town of Stockton is one of the few places where I feel that my concerns are carefully listened to. There are too many businesses that claim to Toyota Town of Stockton is one of the few places where I feel that my concerns are carefully listened to. There are too many businesses that claim to provide "customer service" when all they really want to do is handle basic issues and move on to the next person in line. Having grown up in a generation where customers were treated with respect and courtesy, I find these traits to be most valuable. In particular, Erick Gomez does a great job with helping me feel comfortable with the work that needs to be done on my vehicle, explaining each step and discussing the associated costs. The only surprise I get when I have my vehicle serviced at Toyota Town is when they call me earlier than promised. More

We were fortunate to have Ashley de la Rosa as and the amazing Ron Khanna working with us when we visited Toyota Town last weekend. We were beyond happy with our experience. Ashley knew her stuff and carefully explained to us all of our options and answered our questions since we weren't totally sure what we were looking for. On top of all that, she was so awesome with our energetic four-year-old son that he wanted her to come home with us. Ron was the best--he helped us consider the pros and cons of buying v. leasing and gave us an amazing deal on our Highlander. We really felt at home at Toyota Town and will not hesitate send our friends and family to Toyota Town of Stockton when they are looking for a new car.
