The best car buying experience of my life! I went to 3 other Toyota dealers before I came to Toyota Town and 1 dealer after my visit to Toyota Town but I came back to Toyota Town because of the I went to 3 other Toyota dealers before I came to Toyota Town and 1 dealer after my visit to Toyota Town but I came back to Toyota Town because of the initial contact I had made with Kevin Hamlin. On my initial visit, Kevin was attentive, patient and spent a lot of time with me while I made him run a variety of purchase scenarios. I have nothing ill to say about the other dealerships but I felt that Keven was providing me with the best and most personalized service. I came back to Toyota Town (with my wife this time; the car was for her) and we were able to make a deal that I felt was fair and on a car that really fit our needs/wants. We were even pleasantly surprised by an option that we didn't think we were going to get. The entire time during our interaction with Kevin, he was pleasant, personable and respectful and we genuinely had an enjoyable time with him. When we got to the Finance Dept. we were introduced to Jeff Renwick and it was just like dealing with Kevin. Jeff was really helpful and personable and we had a rather boisterous time with Jeff, relating family stories and telling jokes. The entire experience was the most fun I've ever had buying a car, and I've bought a lot of cars over the years. We bought a couple of accessories for our new car and even the folks in the Parts Department were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely came back to Toyota Town and buy from them again and I would recommend Toyota Town to anyone wanting to buy a car. The customer service is second to none! More

Professional and Prices cannot be beat This is the second Toyota Highlander that I have purchased through Kevin Hamlin from Toyota town of Stockton in the last 2 years. My first purchas This is the second Toyota Highlander that I have purchased through Kevin Hamlin from Toyota town of Stockton in the last 2 years. My first purchase from Toyota Town was in May of 2014, I purchased a Toyota Highlander LTD Platinum. I had done all my homework, I knew the Consumer Reports dealer cost and Holdback, I knew what other people were paying through True Car. I knew what a good friend had paid for a Highlander Limited in Fresno. I was fortunate enough to make contact with Kevin Hamlin the internet sales manager at Toyota Town of Stockton. He told me what he had coming in and the price he would sell it for, it was as easy as that. His price was much less than what my Friend had just paid for a Limited and Kevin was selling me a Platinum. From the homework I had done I knew it was truly an exceptional price. When it came in he called me during the week. I couldn't go until the weekend and he held the vehicle for me until Saturday. Car buying had never been so simple. I dealt with a professional, and not the sterotypical car salesman. All the terms and arrangements were made by email and a phone call. (Simplicity in buying a Car). All that was left was for me to drive to the dealership, sign the paperwork and pickup the SUV. Because a tractor trailer lost his axle on the freeway and it hit and totaled my 2014 Highlander. I was in need of another Highlander. Immediately looked at the local dealership Inventories to see if any of them had a Highlander LTD with the technology package and the color. I looked through the Costco program and had to dealer locally that had the vehicles that matched what I wanted. However I already knew that if Kevin had the vehicle he would provide me with a lower price. I called Kevin in the morning, and by the afternoon he sent me the specs on a Highlander he located at another dealer. Sure enough his price was well worth the trip to Stockton. Maybe more importantly I feel I have a trusted relationship with Kevin, based on his performance, I know that he is a man of his word and his representations are 100% true. You do not have to carry the skeptical attitude that you must have when dealing with other salesman and dealerships that are telling you they are giving you a great deal and they are not. I believe he is a man of integrity and the kind of person you could send your aged mother to buy a car and know that he would not try to take advantage of her. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, do your self a service and get a quote from Kevin, you will not be disappointed and you will be treated professionally. More
