He was also impressively responsive to all inquiries, queries via emails, calls, etc, while following up very tactfully (this is an art form) when I stopped calling, and to boot, eric provided me top-notch service and answered all my questions. He really is an asset to the company. I would have purchased the car then and there if I had not been interested in a lower-mileage car, just based on the excellent service alone. Though I did not end up buying the car, I will definitely keep this dealership in mind next time I hear of someone looking to buy a car. Thank-you! More

RAV4 Hybrid I reached out to Stockton when I found they had what I was looking for in stock. At first I had a sales rep see if the vehicle was on the lot and neve I reached out to Stockton when I found they had what I was looking for in stock. At first I had a sales rep see if the vehicle was on the lot and never got a call back in the time frame I wanted. I would have docked all my stars if I didn't get Kevin on the phone after I called right back waiting for the first sales person to "check if the vehicle was in stock." Considering it is difficult to find vehicle, sales should have known better. Anyhow. The 5 stars goes to Kevin Hamlin. It was great from the start I called on Monday, picked the vehicle up next day. He made sure everything was set with the vehicle (including connecting my phone to Bluetooth) and I was out quick with my new ride. Reach out to him if you need a new Yota. I had done my research and found a fair price for the car I wanted. Many Toyota dealerships got back to me via email, but it was Xiaoyu "Eric" Zheng from Toyota Town in Stockton who was able to quickly understand that I already had an exact car in mind with a fair price in mind. Eric was able to get the car I wanted to his location in just a few short days and when I came in to pick it up, he gave me a hassle-free experience with no tricks or games. He gave it to me for the exact price we had discussed online. He helped guide me through the paperwork and then sooner and easier than I expected, I was sitting in the waiting room for my new car to be ready to be taken home. Eric insisted that I leave with a clean car and a full tank, after all. :) Asif Mahmood in financing did a great job explaining all of my options for extended warranties and financing options. I politely declined any extended warranties and Asif took each no for an answer and respected my decisions. No hassle from financing, and when all was said and done, I signed a contract for the price I had expected to pay before I walked in the door. Eric and Asif gave me a pleasurable experience when other dealerships couldn't even get through the e-mailing phase without frustrating me. And to top everything all off, when I had asked Eric for some alloy wheel locks, he directed me to the parts department and helped me get a great price on them! He had already sold the car! He didn't have to do that! That, my readers, is called going the extra mile for great customer service. More
