Worst buying experience ever! ! I would NOT recommend Toyota West to anyone for buying a vehicle. Bought a Ford Explorer on a Friday night by the next morning I had issues with the ! I would NOT recommend Toyota West to anyone for buying a vehicle. Bought a Ford Explorer on a Friday night by the next morning I had issues with the car. The sales guy said I could not bring it back in. I wanted to get my original car back since it was less than 24 hours of purchasing. He then said he would make it right by putting my car in service to fix the problems/issues. The car was in service over two weeks with no update. No status. I finally got a hold of someone at the dealership then all of a sudden my car was repaired/fixed and could come pick up. The was not repaired - it still drives horribly and has electrical issues. The original sales guy promised to make it right and let me come in to swap vehicle only to be told - No, he couldn't and I would have to add a few thousand to get into a better vehicle. Total scam and now I drive around in a lemon of a car that I now have to pay for. I would go to any other dealership than Toyota West for new or used vehicles BUT Do Not Buy a Used Vehicle From This Dealership!!!!! More
