I like how Shelby was helpful, and explained everything openly and informatively. I also like how the dealership doesn't try to sell you 10 other things you 'need' like they used to. And I like how sales reps don't try to walk through the lobby trying to sell you a car, when you're expecting to spend hundreds of dollars on repairs already. It used to be super uncomfortable trying to avoid making eye contact with a rep in fear they'd try to sell you something new. The new Toyota experience is lovely. More
