Norman provided great customer service. I brought in the vehicle, described the issue I was dealing with, and they diagnosed the problem quickly. I had forgot to mention my third party war I brought in the vehicle, described the issue I was dealing with, and they diagnosed the problem quickly. I had forgot to mention my third party warranty extension coverage when provided the repair quote, which is needed for the coverage prior authorization, so I thought the chances of it being processed after the repair would be nil. The service team followed up on my request to submit the claim after the repair and to my surprise, I found it was approved when I picked up the vehicle. This saved a big chunk of money in my pocket, which I was stressing over. Truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would recommend this dealership and service team to others! More

My appointment was at 9:30 I arrived at 9:15 to have an oil change and tie rotation and one tie repair. Which should have taken a hour at most. My vehicle was complete until two hours later.
