Professional salesman Max Orozco won me over I had been to at least six different dealerships in the course of a few days and was totally frustrated by the lack of knowledge, helpfulness and/or d I had been to at least six different dealerships in the course of a few days and was totally frustrated by the lack of knowledge, helpfulness and/or dedication to my specific needs until I me Max Orozco at Toyota World of Lakewood. The car I was looking for car needed to be a loaded, small SUV with low mileage and that fit my budget, Max was extremely helpful but was initially unable to meet my budget after trying to convince his boss to do so. The next day, he called to tell me that the dealership just took in a 2014 RAV4 that was in pristine condition with all of the options that I wanted , and with just 14000+ miles on it and that it was right within my budget. He wouldn't allow the car to be put on the lot, but made sure it was kept in the service are until I could get there to look at it later that day. It was perfect, and needless to say I bought it, but that didn't stop him. I was concerned about a small gouge on one of the tires, and he replaced it, and gave me new floor mats that he had from another deal. In short, he went far above and beyond for me and he made me one a happy customer for himself and his dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Max. More

Purchased new vehicle I received a letter from Toyota of Lakewood regarding their need for used Camrys. I wasn't expecting to be able to trade my leased vehicle for a new o I received a letter from Toyota of Lakewood regarding their need for used Camrys. I wasn't expecting to be able to trade my leased vehicle for a new one but Jim O'Brien worked very hard with his manager and Toyota Financial and I drove away in a brand new, 2017 Camry. To say that I am pleased is a gross understatement. Jim and another employee (sorry I didn't get his name) helped me transfer all of my paraphernalia to the new car and Jim paired my cell phone for me. More
