Took over two hours for my visit despite an appointment. I saw people who came in after me get done before me. Pretty slow and very disappointing I was told I was “caught up in a wave of busy time. They had one gentleman who had an in-depth knowledge of plug-in hybrids, who was able to answer every technical question my engineer brain could come up with. So, the buying experience was excellent. Everyone I delt with was pleasant, and every question I had was fully explained. Highly recommend them. More
