Mr Elwell's knowledge & experience were evident from the beginning of my visit. He didn't have to wait long as I called him back on Monday ,hoping the SUV hadn't been sold to tell him I was coming back up on Tuesday to lease it.Much to my relief it was waiting for me. I am thrilled with the vehicle, the process went well & the finance man,Dave, was also very professional and kind.Previously, my son leased a Toyota truck from the same dealership and I know how well he was teated , so this factored into my decision to go there as well.I have been singing their praises to all who have seen my new SUV and will refer my friends to Bob in a heartbeat! Ian Hanlon was our salesman. He greeted us in the parking lot. I was interested in driving a Toyota Venza since I had seen it on the internet and was interested in feeling how it handled on the road parking lot. After doing all the paperwork, agreeing on a price and then leasing the car he made sure the car was clean, took the time to go over all the features and synced my I phone. When we were selecting the new one to lease, they asked about our preferences for color and other features. They could not have chosen a better model than the one we got. It is perfect for us. They also worked with us to stay within our budget and to provide as many services as possible such as two years of free maintenance servicing and an extended warranty. They also taught us how to use all of the new technological features in our vehicle and made it easy for two very non-tech-savvy people to drive away quite happily with our new purchase. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and have done so ... both for sales and for service. They treat you with friendliness and respect. We now have to drive 30 miles out of our way to have our cars serviced at this dealership and still do so as they are so good and so personable.
