My wife and I purchased our 2006 Camry new at this dealer seven years ago and were satisfied with the service. Now we decided to trade it in for a new 2013 Toyota Sienna, and returned to Toyota World again. The sales representative was Brandon Torres who took much time to answer our questions and was especially patient during negotiating a mutually agreeable trade in allowance for our Camry. When we agreed to everything, we made the purchase of a new (2013) Sienna 8-passenger XLT mini-van. Admittedly, there was a bit of friendly haggling, but in the end we were satisfied. We were treated in a courteous and friendly manner, and Mr. Torres answered all our question about the vehicle. Checking prices on-line, we believe we purchased the Sienna at a great price. The dealership gave me a fair price for the car and the financial part did not take as long as most car dealers do. Plus I got 0% financing. The dealership has weekend service hours and that also made a difference in my decision. More

I arrived Sat am and brought into the office by Chris. His overall demeanor was just someone I felt I could work with. There was nothing lacking in the attention that was given to my being there and most of all helping me figure out my choices. I wasn't really expecting to leave with the car but Chris made it happen even with my tight schedule. He was very thorough in going over the car setting up my phone and taking me to the service area and explaining how my maintenance schedule was so important. So I cruised down the parkway thinking how well it all came together and mostly because Chris made it happen. My husband was impressed how well I knew the vehicle when we went for a spin after I got home. I told him it was because of the salesperson. He didn't just send me off clueless.
