Steve was a friendly and helpful gentleman who made me feel very welcome. I knew from having one phone conversation with him that he was the guy to go see. He told me over the phone, and I quote, "I'll get you whatever you want". I set a meeting to go in and speak with him, and he was great and I walked out happy with a new Toyota Tacoma. I was also introduced to several other employees at their company who were also extremely nice and helpful. Awful experience! After feeling some pressure from the staff to make a decision, the wrong car was ordered. Misinformation (and misrepresentation about the specifics of the vehicle)was given not only by t staff to make a decision, the wrong car was ordered. I had to call Toyota corporate to find out the correct information on the car, and was told that the dealership essentially lied to me. I would never go back or recommend to anyone! And the general attitude was "oh well." It took several weeks to have my deposit returned.I ended up buying a Toyota from another dealership where I had an excellent experience. More
