They inflated their parts prices to recover labor costs SCAM ALERT! Toyota World of Newton, aka, Condit Toyota just tried to scam me by inflating their parts price when I brought it in for a frame replaceme SCAM ALERT! Toyota World of Newton, aka, Condit Toyota just tried to scam me by inflating their parts price when I brought it in for a frame replacement.They are not allotted any labor costs for additional work being conducted during this frame replacement, specifically the shocks and struts. They tried to recover this cost by inflating their parts prices by close to $500. I caught them prior to paying them but they then tried to scam me again....didn't work. They also broke a piece of molding on my rear window that they refuse to fix without me paying for it, stating it must of been broken prior to me bringing it in. Not true. They broke it while removing the body from the frame. Dave Aroune is the service manager I dealt with and Wally is the general manager. Do not buy a vehicle or bring your vehicle here for service. They are unethical and scam unsuspecting customers. Please feel free to share this post. More

Great experience Went into toyota world of Newton to look and compare the 2017 RAV4 with my 2015 RAV4. Had the pleasure of dealing with Yasmin who was amazing. She wa Went into toyota world of Newton to look and compare the 2017 RAV4 with my 2015 RAV4. Had the pleasure of dealing with Yasmin who was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. The 2017 had so many upgrades from my 2 yr old RAV4 that it was impossible not to trade in my 2015 for a brand new 2017. Yasmin made the deal happen and put me in a gorgeous new vehicle at the price I could afford. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond for this sake. Had the pleasure of meeting Wally Darwish the GM who couldn't be nicer. I can't say enough great things about this dealership. I have bought many cars from this dealership and the experience just gets better and better. More
