I am a repeat customer because Betsy is the best! I have purchased 5 cars from Betsy Marrero over a seven year period for myself and my daughter. As our needs changed, our cars did as well. I am on I have purchased 5 cars from Betsy Marrero over a seven year period for myself and my daughter. As our needs changed, our cars did as well. I am on my third Prius. This last Prius had close to 100,000 miles on it. I had that one for two years. That had cosmetic issues on the inside. My son used it to transport car parts, tires and anything he could. I think the requirement was greese or dirt. Needless to say, it was messy inside. The engine was fine, it ran like the day I bought it, I have no complaints or issues with the mechanics of the car. In fact, I miss it. Anyway, I do have a new 2014 Prius that I have every intention of going well over 100,00 miles. Just a few words about Betsy. She does treat you like family, with sincere interest in you and your concerns or needs. We do have a relationship, it's' not over and done when I walk out the door. She genuinely cares. We told Betsy exactly what our financial situation was and what needs we had as a family with 3 growing children. We honestly did not expect much but she was able to meet our every need. We are currently the proud owners of a Toyota Sienna that the whole family loves. She was able to work to meet our needs financially without putting us in over our heads. Love my new Toyota Highlander Purchased my new Highlander this past weekend. The dealership and in particular the sales person, John Mayo, were great to work with. I was able to Purchased my new Highlander this past weekend. The dealership and in particular the sales person, John Mayo, were great to work with. I was able to get the price I wanted and absolutely love my new car. John was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to show me all of the features of my new car as well as gave me a tour of the facility so that when I did come in for service, I knew exactly where and what I needed to do. I highly recommend this dealership and John Mayo! Only difficulty I had was dealing with my insurance company, Allstate, took 45 minutes to for the process to be completed, mostly because I was put on hold for 30 minutes and both John and I had to give the information on the Highlander twice, once when we first called and then after the 30 minute hold time again to the next person on the line - very painful process, but not in any way an issue with the dealership. -Cheryl More

Shaun was both friendly and professional, patiently answered any questions and I never felt pressured. Spencer's good sense of humor lessened the tedium of signing all the paperwork.
