While waiting for my car I met Mike Yodice and talked about purchasing a new Rav. He is an excellent listener and has complete knowledge of the vehicle..every question was answered. I ended up buying a 2013 Rav 4. The sales manager, Bob Leonard, came out to meet me. He was gracious and approachable. We found Tony to be very personable and helpful walking us through the process of purchasing a new car. In fact, two days later we went back and bought a used car from Tony (2009 Jeep Liberty). My previous car (1998 Ford Escort, with 168,000 miles) died last week and I needed to replace it quickly. We decided on another Toyota, we had purchased a Corolla 5 years ago. We had had a good experience with Kevin Smith at Toyota Scion of Newton and started there. When we arrived we were told Kevin was no longer with them, so we had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mike Yodice. After listening carefully, Mike understood our criteria for purchase and set about showing us only those cars which met our needs. That showed respect for the customer and was quite refreshing. We had started by telling Mike that we were going to shop around but make a decision within 24 hours. He respected that also, wished us well and sent us off with all the information and paperwork we would need if we decided on him. He followed up with a phone call thanking us for coming in and offering any assistance we might need. After checking out the competition, we returned the next day and purchased our 2013 Corolla from Mike. He walked us through the paperwork as efficiently and expertly as he had done with the car, with the able assistance of Spencer Incera in Finance.
