Outstanding Dealership & Service I have been a loyal customer of Toyota World of Newton for over 20 years when I purchased my first Toyota from Mike Yodice. I have owned a Camry, For I have been a loyal customer of Toyota World of Newton for over 20 years when I purchased my first Toyota from Mike Yodice. I have owned a Camry, Forerunner and I'm on my fourth Avalon. Mike has always gone way above and beyond to help me find the car with the color, accessories, delivery date and price I want. I can't say enough about his positive "can do" attitude, his friendliness and most of all, his integrity. I have never felt any pressure to buy a car. Mike is patient and willing to answer all the questions I have. He is extremely knowledgable with the most up-to-date information. When it comes time to purchase my next vehicle, I will look for Mike again as I have for over 20 years! I have always believed buying a car was only one aspect of my relationship with a dealership. The Customer Service and Service Department has always been a critical consideration for me when choosing where I purchase a vehicle. I have been having my vehicles serviced at Toyota World of Newton for over 20 years as well. There are Toyota Dealers closer to my home (I drive nearly 45 minutes to get to Newton), but my experiences with Dave Aroune, the Service Manager and his department for over 20 years has always been outstanding. They service my car in a professional and timely manner. Over the years, they have earned my trust in their judgement, recommendations and service. As a final note, I am now a "snowbird" and Florida resident. I still choose to purchase my cars and have my service performed at Toyota World of Newton because of the relationships I have with the folks like Mike Yodice and Dave Aroune. They always take the time to say hello when I visit and I know they care. I highly recommend Toyota World of Newton to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and wanting excellent Customer Service after buying their car! More

Soup To Nuts 2.5 months ago I was interested in buying a new Toyota Tacoma P/U, Betsy M. was my salesperson which was extremely cooperative and helpful through out 2.5 months ago I was interested in buying a new Toyota Tacoma P/U, Betsy M. was my salesperson which was extremely cooperative and helpful through out numerous visits and contacts via phone and emails. I did mention to Betsy that I was serious about the new purchase and I want a deal too! so proceeded to gather other options and price quotes from (5) different dealers within the north Jersey region.I returned to Toyota World Of Newton due to the fact that the pricing,options,and the availability of locating the truck that I had desired, along with being local to where I reside. Betsy never gave up on trying to satisfy my requests and numerous questions answered through out this time.I received my brand new Tacoma P/U yesterday and am extremely satisfied with the deal, Thanks again Betsy for all your hard work and efforts for my Dream To Come True. Refund of Maintenance Charge Betsy was a delight to deal with. Her selling qualities and customer interaction were the best to be found anywhere. Now the big problem is getting a refund of a maintenance charge I purchased with my 2012 Camry. In February 2014 I decided to trade in due to an incentive from the dealership. I was going from a 60 month finance to a 60 month no finance. At this time I elected to purchase no additional coverage but was due a refund on the 2012 coverage which I never used. I went to the dealership many times and explained the situation and was assured a check would be forthcoming. To this date I have received not one dollar. In March I received a letter from Toyota Financial Services indicating that the 2012 had been sold and I was clear of all responsibility . I then called the number on the letterhead which was 800 874-8822 and they referred me to 800 228-8559. Spoke with a representative and was assured that yes I was entitled to a refund less $25.00 service fee and a prorated amount. The original charge was $1395.00 which clearly appears on the letter and form which was mailed to me. I still had a question I needed answered so on March 28, 2014, I called the above number and spoke with a gentleman named Chris. He said I should be receiving a check from the dealership Toyota/Scion World of Newton in the amount of $1333.73. As each day passes I expect that amount and nothing less because it is now June 26 and this information was given to me on March 28th.Confirmation #G5A817 Accpimt no for the 2012 Camry 6543307. With all this information I have supplied you with there is no reason for any further delay. Please act on this now. Over all my Fiancée and I had a great experience at your dealership. Just this month I had brought my Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change, while I was there at Toyota World I went out side to look at the Tundras. Im a tall person and always wanted a bigger truck, don't get me wrong I loved my Tacoma but wanted a bigger truck. I ran into Mr. Mayo out in the parking lot and we started talking about the Tundras and within an hour I was on my way to the purchase of a new 2014 Toyota Tundra !!! Once again John Mayo made the buying experience enjoyable!!! In my opinion John Mayo is a great asset to your company !!!! I am also in the sales field and respected the way John represented your product and company. In closing I am very happy to be driving my new 2014 Toyota Tundra !! Do I like them, yes, a great vehicle that provides me with personal transportation, car is mainly my vehicle to run with. I traded in a corolla with 26,000 miles to have this much improved model. You have done a good job with up grading this model, little more space inside, smooth transmission and acceleration is a nice improvement. The floor mat releases, improved lock downs, are a big improvement, so easy to remove mats. John was most informative in explaining the features, permitted us to drive the unit without having to have him breathing down our necks was nice. I would refer him to anyone that I might be able to steer his way, a real gentleman and a real asset to the dealership. We found all the personal that we came in contact with at ToyotaWorld a most delightful group of people to be with. More
