He spent a couple of hours with us even though we explained that we were just looking right from the beginning. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and made our visit a pleasant and positive experience. We ended up purchasing the 4 Runner that same day. We never felt pressured into making a purchase but we knew after everything we learned that we were ready to go forward. We couldn't be happier with our decision. More
