The receptionist was a little cold and unwelcoming (we ended up avoiding her), but the rest of the staff was great. We mainly dealt with Jorge Esqueda (sales), Chris Franklin (GSM), and Mike Doud (finance). We knew exactly what we wanted when we walked in and didn't feel pressured to change our minds. As is expected, buying a car is stressful and the staff was good at trying to work with us and made the experience as pain free as possible. They stayed until 11 pm that night until we were completely done with the paperwork. Thank you for treating us like we weren't just another sale! We're VERY happy with our new vehicle! More
