My service began almost 2 hours late, and that delay was apparently the experience of more people. Totally unacceptable, and a repeat of this experience will result in my finding another dealer to do my service. Juan, my service agent, was very professional and helpful, but I got the idea that he was blindsided by the delays and was needing to spend a lot of time with dissatisfied customers. More

This was my first experience in buying a new car and Isaac was exceptional! He worked to get the price to meet my budget and explained every step of the process. It was a long process. They did not have the car provided, classic bait and switch. However, Isaac worked hard to please us and we are happy with the result. They did not have the car provided, classic bait and switch. However, Isaac worked hard to please us and we are happy with the result. More
*IF I WERE DYING OF THIRST I WOULDN'T TAKE A BOTTLE OF WATER FROM THIS BUSINESS!! DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT. BAIT AND SWITCH. AVOID!!* We received an emailed quote Toyota Boerne, TX via TrueCar and Cons WATER FROM THIS BUSINESS!! DISHONEST AND FRAUDULENT. BAIT AND SWITCH. AVOID!!* We received an emailed quote Toyota Boerne, TX via TrueCar and Consumer Reports service. I called the dealership at 10 am to inquire. I asked to speak to Steve Hill, the contact on the email. I was told he wasn't available. The sales person I was speaking to was Hannah Grossman. She told me she would be able to assist us. I told her that we were interested in the car but only that price and no add-ons. I told her we would be traveling over an hour and didn't want any surprises when we got there. She told me that there are standard add-ons she had to offer but we were free to refuse. I again told her we weren't interested in anything but the quoted price. I told her we would be there at 2:00 PM and she asked that we confirm the appointment. After we arrived, Hannah said she would get the keys for the test drive. We waited almost 20 minutes for her to return with the keys. She took us outside to a vehicle that she said just came off the truck and was just like the one we wanted. I started to get suspicious as to why we were being shown this vehicle. I asked to test drive it and was told it wasn't ready yet. After asking again to test drive a vehicle, she found a used one with 16K miles on it. After the test drive, she presented an offer on the new vehicle that was $7K more than the emailed quote. I told her no way I would do that and asked what happened to the emailed price? This was an hour after we arrived. She told us that the vehicle we wanted had been sold that morning. I reminded her that she knew we were coming for that vehicle and stated we would have never come had we known it was not available. I was livid! It was a long drive and we took time off of work. She asked if we could make a deal on this other vehicle. I said only for the emailed price. After going back and forth with her and the sales manager we got up and walked out. They were acting like they were doing us a big favor by selling us this other vehicle. A half hour into our drive back home we received communications that they would accept our offer. We declined because we didn't trust them AND I wasn't going to drive a half hour back there. This was a typical bait and switch. I don't believe that the vehicle was ever available! Today (one day later), the vehicle is still on their website. We will be filling a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office consumer fraud division, TrueCar and Consumer Reports. I can only imagine how many other people they are scamming every day. More
