Dealer ship is very large but, well organised. Makes you feel comfortable if need to wait while your car is being serviced. Today I had an out standing Service Advisor-Trina Pulido. My Highlan Makes you feel comfortable if need to wait while your car is being serviced. Today I had an out standing Service Advisor-Trina Pulido. My Highlander needed to have the 60k mile checkup and service. I wasn’t planning to spend $1,000+, just get an oil change. She soften the blow, and made me feel like I spent my money wisely and now the car is fully serviced and updated. Thanks More

He made sure I ordered the correct parts by calling my former Toyota dealership In Arizona to get the exact able to quickly find the parts I needed. All service work was performed as requested In the range of time specified. The staff at the rental counter that handled my loan vehicle was very friendly and nice. I’ll be returning to this dealership with any service needs I may have in the future. Jeremiah Cammack handled my all day service work requests professionally and kept me posted as to when my vehicle would be ready. Caleb Soto sold me a car, when they finally delivered it , i was told brakes and other small things were done, i said great, When i went back outside 1 hour later, to take it for insurance. It would not start , called Caleb back , he said he would have to get with his team. than ask if i could get a jump, maybe that would work. finally got the suv started , i was told by Caleb everything was inspected. well had the car 1 hour and had to buy a new battery, i asked for Caleb to send a list of everything that was done, i am taking it to my mechanic, still waiting on list of things done. Still have not heard back from him.. NEVER AGAIN !!! I THOUGHT BEING A BIG DEALER THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN. More
