Be careful when spending your money here at this dealership. The General Manager, General Sales Manager, & Service Director never keep their words. They kicked me back and forth between them like a ball. Here is the story: In 2021, I bought my Toyota Avalon here. In 2023, I came to buy another Toyota Crown here. I took it back a week after I had purchased it to get it fixed and it took 3 days to get a hold of them since they were ignoring me. The worse thing is that they test drove my vehicle and got into an accident in which they rolled over my car. Since the accident, I have spoken to General Manager Chris Franklin, General Sales Manager Tuan Tran, and Service Director named Frankie. They all said sorry and was willing to do what it takes to not let me lose any type of money and time because of their mess. They promised me a bunch of things and also said they are a man of their words. However, it turns out that none of these promises are being fulfilled. The sad part is that they abandoned their returning customer (I felt like the only thing they cared about after insurance paid for the damages of my car was to sell me another vehicle). Instead of helping like they said they would, they let me deal directly with their insurance even though this mess was caused by them. Even in circumstances where I just needed to just pick up my belongings that I had left in my car, I had to plead and wait for their response. There are countless times where I had to drive over 60 miles (round trip), even in the rain, just to see if I can get an answer from them. I had a very bad experience with toyota of boerne. Please refer to the pictures I posted so that you can see for yourself how they’ve lied from beginning to end. ps : Hey Frankie, even though you lied to me, I still covered your number because I respect your privacy. I went to Toyota of Boerne to get a bid on a new Camry just like I did with 5 other dealers. I had no plans to buy that morning but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Met with Aaron Grantham and th just like I did with 5 other dealers. I had no plans to buy that morning but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. Went to look for a Sienna Platinum. Though there were none available, I asked for the Sales Person to provide me with a hypothetical total cost out of the door. What I was sad to see Though there were none available, I asked for the Sales Person to provide me with a hypothetical total cost out of the door. What I was sad to see was the $ 3000 in Tint/Clear something, $ 3000 in GuidPoint and $ 1900 in Ceramic Costing which he said were added to all vehicles sold at the dealership. I told him that this was simply an $ 8000 mark up in price which I was unacceptable to me. The total price of the Sienna came to be approximately $ 72,000 out of the door. There is no way I am going to pay that exhorbitant amount, and I have lost faith in the dealership. If this is what they are going to charge, I am not interested in them. Went in for an oil change and wanted to get info on what else my car may need in the near future. Juan Guzman in the service dept was thorough about what I needed and what to expect. Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne wasted my time and then sold a truck I was ready to buy out from under me. When was the last time you were interested in a car and the salesman waited 5 hours to get back to you a truck I was ready to buy out from under me. When was the last time you were interested in a car and the salesman waited 5 hours to get back to you? Then as we’re agreeing to the sale after said 5 hours of waiting for a response tells me… “oops it’s been sold, sorry”. Totally deceptive, unprofessional and dishonest. Guess the “Dealmaker” Chris Franklin was out of the office letting his staff lose business. More
