We bought a 2014 Ford Escape with about 80,000 miles for $14,500 in September 2021 for my daughter. After spending $1,800 on FOUR different repairs to the coolant system we thought we were finally in a good $14,500 in September 2021 for my daughter. After spending $1,800 on FOUR different repairs to the coolant system we thought we were finally in a good place until my daughter was driving back to LSU Baton Rogue and got an alert for the transmission...which had totally failed at only 98,000 miles. We can't get rid of this car fast enough, and will never do business with them again. They put this thing back together with duct tape and car wax then sold to us, and thank god the failure wasn't something that put my daughter in danger. Stay away. More
