Excellent service from dealership. I get a video which needs working on because you cannot hear what the mechanic is saying. He needs to be closer to the microphone. Made a 3:20 pm appointment for a basic oil change. Arrived 15 minutes early, waited 10 minutes for Juan the service advisor to assist me after I was waved into the service bays. Juan quoted me a 1.5 h Arrived 15 minutes early, waited 10 minutes for Juan the service advisor to assist me after I was waved into the service bays. Juan quoted me a 1.5 hour wait which I had to accept due to the maintenance required light coming on. I went to the cashier station after the service completed message was posted on their message board for my truck. Cashier couldn't find my trucks paperwork because Juan had left work early, Another 30 minute wait until they located it. It was 3 hours before I was able to get my truck. I dont know if someone took my truck off the dealership lot or where my truck was!!! 3 hours for a basic oil change is not a good way to keep customers happy and returning to do business with Vic Vaughn Toyota! Don't recommend Vic Vaughn Toyota dealership. This is not my first time doing business with this dealership but definitely is my last time giving them my hard earned dollars. More
I have yet to be disappointed with my service experience at Toyota of Boerne. I very much appreciated service advisor, John Clayton. We casually discussed what was going on with my 2004 Tacoma & did not fee at Toyota of Boerne. I very much appreciated service advisor, John Clayton. We casually discussed what was going on with my 2004 Tacoma & did not feel rushed at all. Even though the replacement fog light had to be ordered, it arrived sooner than expected. Also, the filmed vehicle report is such a great addition to visually show the customer what the service technician is seeing and “why” there’s a particular recommendation. I’m very satisfied with this dealership. Keep up the great work. Jeff More
