This dealership has unethical selling practices! We ordered a car and paid our deposit and received the paperwork with the VIN number as they requested we secure insurance. However because we were coming in from out of state, they sold our car to someone else and took a long time to refund our deposit! I reported them to Toyota headquarters and they opened a case for us as it was clear that this behavior was unethical. Additionally the customer advocate at the dealership never tried to help resolve the issue. Probably because the damage was done and no other car available. Ironically after I reported them to the DMV. BBB And State Attorney General they called and said they found another car. We could not trust that they would not repeat their awful Behavior. More
