I called fir five days trying to speak to a manager in Service. No calls back. Horrible customer service! Because I’m middle aged woman??? Because I’m not buying a new car??? Bought a Highlander last Saturday. The same evening I saw that the price of the car we bought was mentioned less on their website than what I paid. I got hold of him after 3 calls and he explained to me that they have that price in the website just to lure customers in and I was a fool who didn’t use that at the time of purchase. He disconnected my call saying he was with a customer. I left a google review mentions this and the relationship manager left a comment saying to contact her. I have been trying to contact her for the past 3 days and they are avoiding me. This has become a worst experience. As of today no one has contacted me yet and that is their customer service. More
