My reviews for TOB have always been excellent and this visit would have been the same but since my last visit they started charging 3% of your bill if you pay with a credit card and that’s unacceptable. The service advisor did a great job for me. I was in and out in record time. All the people at TOB are very friendly, caring people, no exceptions. I did appreciate the 15% senior discount. They asked me a long time ago what it would take to keep me as a customer, I told them to keep my costs down. More

WARNING - BAIT AND SWITCH!! This is long... But you MUST READ if shopping online!! I contacted Justin Thompson at Toyota Boerne on a referral from a friend. I spoke to him night before last and he confir READ if shopping online!! I contacted Justin Thompson at Toyota Boerne on a referral from a friend. I spoke to him night before last and he confirmed that they had the vehicle I wanted to purchase but it was too late for me to get there since I live an hour away. He said that he would verify that it was still available the next morning. He called me at 9:30 a.m. the next morning saying that he just arrived at work and would go get eyes on the vehicle and let me know what the interior color was and I received this info via text at 10:30 a.m. I spoke with him on the phone at 11:00 a.m. telling him that I had found someone to drive with me and I was on the way to purchase the vehicle and would be there within 1 hour. Literally 10 minutes before I pulled into the dealership he text saying that the vehicle had sold! I replied that I was there and would like to talk with him. I stood around for 15 minutes after the front desk paged him. He finally approached me with one of his associates, swiftly handed me off to the other sales guy without talking to me at all. I'm convinced the vehicle was never on the lot because they couldn't even show it to me! This is absolutely crazy that he would bait me to drive from an hour away just to hand me to another salesman who then tries to switch me into another vehicle on the lot. Completely wasted my time and gas for nothing! I would never do business with this place and will warn everyone to avoid this dealership. Justin Thompson should be fired for these low life sales tactics. More
Service department is very good. The buying experience was okay, but as with any dealership you never really feel like you got a great deal.
