BEWARE = DO NOT BUY from Toyota of Boerne! !! Toyota of Boerne is nothing but a FRAUD DEALERSHIP that I will be reporting to the General Manager of Toyota of Boerne, BBB, Consumer Protection O !! Toyota of Boerne is nothing but a FRAUD DEALERSHIP that I will be reporting to the General Manager of Toyota of Boerne, BBB, Consumer Protection Office, Attorney General’s Office and the DMV to let them know what this dealership did to me. I bought a Ford 250 from this Dealership almost 2 years ago and have had a lot of problems with the vehicle but the really kicker is what I found out yesterday that has really blown me away!!! I took this vehicle yesterday to a dealership to trade in and come to find out this truck does not have a catalytic converter – which is a total “NO” for any dealership to sell a vehicle to a consumer with no catalytic converter installed - Especially a well know company like Toyota. What makes it worse is I gave this dealership a chance to make it right this morning and spoke physically to Jesse Gomez the manager who said he will speak to his boss John Putman for the used car department but unfortunately they DO NOT CARE About their Business and Name. So now off I will go to file all my paperwork with companies who does care about the consumer and hope the biggest lawsuit hits Toyota Boerne for Fraud!! More
