When I arrived for my appointment I was upset because of what had happened to my horse that morning. Even though I tried to conceal my emotions I started to cry. We went to buy a new car and turn in my lease however it was crazy how unprepared they were, we had an appointment but the salesman was nowhere to be found, then they send us another salesman that had no cl was crazy how unprepared they were, we had an appointment but the salesman was nowhere to be found, then they send us another salesman that had no clue what he was doing. 2 hours later we made the finally signing papers and then had to wait for a finances which took another 3 hours! Literally we were there for 5 hours with a kid and it was insane how they have no clue what they are doing. We got tired and started to walk out and finally it’s our turn, we wasted the entire day at the dealer and our poor kid was so tired ans it’s inconsiderate of them to take that long when they see we are with a kid. I’d rather drive to Austin or San Antonio and get better customer service. More
