Sales department is a mess. Buying the car and getting any salesperson to be professional and friendly was one issue the next was having car servicing issues and no one willing to help. Waited three hours for someone to see us in the sales department because the car was sold with these issues and then them having an attitude all along the way. Would not recommend this place if you’re looking for good customer service or an easy process. More

Toyota of Boerne's used car sales is a scam, I was in the market for a Toyota Highlander, and I went to Toyota of Boerne to check out a preowned highlander. When I got to the dealership the vehicle was in te market for a Toyota Highlander, and I went to Toyota of Boerne to check out a preowned highlander. When I got to the dealership the vehicle was in terrible condition there was stains on the seats/roof lining and confetti all over the flooring which they had not cleaned. They saleswoman expected us to test drive the vehicle in that condition. There was also a large gash/ dent on the rear left fender that the previous owner had left, when we asked the dealer about it, they said we would have to pay for the touchup of that fender personally and pay an additional fee to fix it. They said they would only sell the vehicle "As is". They also put trackers in the vehicles in every vehicle they sell, and force you to pay additional fee for that. Some people may find these trackers convenient, but for those who don't want a tracker that they feel like they will not use, the dealer will not remove it and force you to still pay for it regardless. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the way they were trying to sell me their used vehicle. More

Without a doubt took what’s suppose to be one of the greatest experiences and turned it to crap...first started purchase later in the evening and being an ex-mechanic I was more concerned with mechanica greatest experiences and turned it to crap...first started purchase later in the evening and being an ex-mechanic I was more concerned with mechanical then appearance. So when we finally left at 1130 at night and went home first thing we noticed in the daylight the next day was driver’s door was bent and not closing straight. Fought with this dealership for 3 days before finally the lazy used car sales “manager” came out and in 3 minutes ok’d sending to a body shop and having door replaced. Dropped truck off on Tuesday morning, no loaner for my son which I’m not going to even get into, and said would be ready Friday. Well Friday came no truck Monday for sure, got truck back Tuesday. As my son pulled truck up to leave the tire pressure light came on, front right tire half flat with a nail in it. Of course no service people left and truck had to stay another night to repair tire. Son picked truck up this afternoon and low and behold on the brand new xxxx door there’s a nice 3 inch scratch. Of course no responsibility was taken, I was told it wasn’t there when I parked it by sales girl but ya know it’s there. Of course they wanted to be sure to inform me I could get a paint pen for it...WTH...so got the truck gonna take it to a friend who owns a body shop and am completely done with this dealership and this nightmare..
