First time using Boerne Toyota. Great customer service. Went in Friday afternoon for an oil change and fluid checks, in and out in about an hour and they washed my car. I will use them again. One star just because you have to give that. Purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Boerne. The purchasing of the vehicle was a nightmare and lasted 6 hours. I even had to go back to finish because financing go vehicle from Toyota of Boerne. The purchasing of the vehicle was a nightmare and lasted 6 hours. I even had to go back to finish because financing got things wrong. I purchased a certified preowned from the dealership. Needless to say, it was back in their shop within a month and half. Leaking sunroof and gas cap door that would not open. After 5 attempts to fix it, I filed a formal complaint with Toyota. Toyota contacted me to take it to Universal Toyota. They fixed one issue. Vehicle is still leaking. My husband reached out to Toyota of Boerne to speak with Chris Franklin, GM, and to date Chris has yet to respond to phone call or email. Vehicle needs to be repurchased from me. Horrible experience from the beginning. More
