Zero rating. June 17 2021 Boerne Toyota knowingly and deceptively sold me a preowned Subaru Forester -2017 with a DEFECTIVE CVT TRANSMISSION. It’s been 3 weeks, and from reading reviews here and BBB, it deceptively sold me a preowned Subaru Forester -2017 with a DEFECTIVE CVT TRANSMISSION. It’s been 3 weeks, and from reading reviews here and BBB, it’s going to be a long ride dealing with them, but will persevere. This was my 4th purchase from this dealership since 2012. I agree with other reviewer that something’s changed for the worst in this dealership- especially in the sales of used vehicles— brazen! BEWARE. More

PRICE GOUGING!!!!! Went in with the intention of purchasing a 4 Runner.... The ones on the truck are sold they say, but we have one that will be here in about 2 weeks. I'm in!!!! They brought the price sheet for a 4 Runner Trail Edition. MSRP 43,500ish... Their offer point.... 47,991 then tack on 1899 for dealer add ons.... So basically close to the price of a TRD PRO.... When asked why so much for the truck, "because the Army Green is a popular color" They expected me to pay more for a vehicle package that was an inferior package to the TRD Off-Road, or even a PRO... 7k more than MSRP???? I guess people will pay for that. Horrible!!!!!! Not the salespersons' fault... More

Terrible!! I could sell a car better than that. Dealership is busy, but very lacking in attention. Salesman Ricardo had to go get answers about everything. Ricardo was useless...he seemed to have no knowledge of anything I asked him, (he was shocked that I demanded a 2nd key!) and Jason was always ‘too busy” to be get things moving. We sat there All Day. My vehicle was not even close to ready the next day EVEN THOUGH THEY KNEW I WAS COMING. Had to wait 5 more hours ! Spent 12 hours there over two days.. They DO NOT return calls. They did NOT send my paperwork for 6 months!!! (Ricardo didn’t know anything g about it) They bragged that I was buying the cheapest Limited in the country! Embarrassed to let myself be treated so terribly. Will NEVER return. More
