I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. They are a shady bunch. My experience was not enjoyable. They will not hesitate to scam you out of thousands on a vehicle purchase. There was a used car listed for $13,500, however when I actually walked into the dealer I was given a list of countless fees that drove the price up to over $16,000, which is no where near what the car was actually walked into the dealer I was given a list of countless fees that drove the price up to over $16,000, which is no where near what the car was worth based on the condition. That being said, I did manage to haggle the price down to a reasonable level but only after days of pressuring the salesmen assisting me. These guys won't waste your time but at the same time have so many hidden fees, you're best off looking at another dealer. More
Mr. Glick (sales) here is amazing. However, that's about the only person/staff I can compliment. Service manager is a jerk. Service Department. Wife took 2006 Toyota tundra in Service Department. Wife took 2006 Toyota tundra in for oil change and tire rotation. Dealer claims couldn't rotate tires because they were too worn. Claimed they had a great deal on tires but won't be in until Friday, but said we needed alignment as well. OK. Then magically tires showed up immediately.??? Upon performing alignment "a rusted bolt" broke, then it was inner and outer tie rod end needed replacement. They tried to use a blowtorch and pipe wrench to get the bolt loose and now it just "spins". "Blowtorch"? "Pipe wrench"??? xxx!!?! During this we received no phone call saying "We're having problems". Only phone call was "Hey it broke because of previous work done, blah, blah, blah... it's going to cost you another $850+." So I'm going to go pick it up and take it somewhere else with a business/person I trust. This is frigging ridiculous. Needless to say I would highly recommend people stay away from the service center. They obviously have no integrity and only care about the bottom dollar. We won't EVER return to this dealership and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well. And let's be REAL here. 95% of the reviews on here are from individuals with less than 5 total reviews each. That's suspect as xxxx. We all know it's stacked. More
I asked about a used car they have for 5,000 dollars, they told me some people were looking at it earlier that morning. About three hours before I called. I called back the next day and ask him if I could get it for 5,000 he told me he had it ready for me I asked him again If I could get it for 5,000 he told me with a bad attitude I not going to give you a price over the phone. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SALES PERSON JASON!! Spent several days putting a deal together over the phone with Jason. Everything was done via phone as I live 45 minutes away and I’m a healthcare worker (not much down time lately). I called to make sure everything was going to be in place for my one day off to drive up there and take care of things in a timely manner. I never hear from Jason again!! This person has run my credit, gotten paychecks stubs, personal information and now he just disappeared! Very strange! I called several times and sent an email and his supervisor. Nothing. Never had this issue before with this dealership. Beware! More
Very disappointed This dealership was only interested in getting us in and out with an overpriced vehicle as quidkly as possible. While our salesman tried his best to help us, his hands were tied by his sales manager who was pushy and bordered on being rude. We said from the beginning what our bottom line was and they first offered us almost twice that bottom line amount. After our salesman made his 4th trip to the sales manager, the manager himself came out. We explained directly to him what our bottom line was. He kept making snide comments and then would follow up with just kidding. When we were finally fed up and got up to leave he then met our bottom line and offered to go even lower if we signed then and there. That was the final straw. There are other dealerships in the San Antonio area. And we found a good one at Red McCombs. More
Miscommunication cost us THOUSANDS It was a COSTLY mistake to take our Sienna to Toyota of Boerne for repair. We hit a metal object in the roadway, causing damage to the oil pan. When the service advisor called us after taking a look, he had a laundry list of items needing to be repaired. Of course, we thought it was all damage from the road hazard. So we agreed, knowing insurance would cover the $5000.00 repair bill. NOOOO.. as it turns out, all we really needed was the oil pan replaced. The other items were optional, but we were not told this. Now we are out THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, and despite numerous efforts, Toyota of Boerne won't make their mistake right. Oh, BTW, good luck reaching an actual human being when you try and call this place. The managers don't return calls. Go anywhere else but Toyota of Boerne. More

Then had trouble with a tire and took it to Discount tire and they told me i got royally screwed because Toyota had put 2016 tires on a 2018 vehicle. I never received my paperwork from the sale even after calling several times to David and even going by there and was told he was out of office. Please go anywhere else but to them. Test drove another similar car but they bumped up the price by 4K. The guy who was talking to us over phone did not agree to the price we confirmed and told that it was a mistake. They were so dishonest and unprofessional. When asked to talk to the manager, some employee faked himself as a manager and spoke very rudely. This is not the way to do business and to lie to customers. More
