VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SALES PERSON JASON!! Spent several days putting a deal together over the phone with Jason. Everything was done via phone as I live 45 minutes away and I’m a healthcare worker (not much down time lately). I called to make sure everything was going to be in place for my one day off to drive up there and take care of things in a timely manner. I never hear from Jason again!! This person has run my credit, gotten paychecks stubs, personal information and now he just disappeared! Very strange! I called several times and sent an email and his supervisor. Nothing. Never had this issue before with this dealership. Beware! More
Very disappointed This dealership was only interested in getting us in and out with an overpriced vehicle as quidkly as possible. While our salesman tried his best to help us, his hands were tied by his sales manager who was pushy and bordered on being rude. We said from the beginning what our bottom line was and they first offered us almost twice that bottom line amount. After our salesman made his 4th trip to the sales manager, the manager himself came out. We explained directly to him what our bottom line was. He kept making snide comments and then would follow up with just kidding. When we were finally fed up and got up to leave he then met our bottom line and offered to go even lower if we signed then and there. That was the final straw. There are other dealerships in the San Antonio area. And we found a good one at Red McCombs. More
Miscommunication cost us THOUSANDS It was a COSTLY mistake to take our Sienna to Toyota of Boerne for repair. We hit a metal object in the roadway, causing damage to the oil pan. When the service advisor called us after taking a look, he had a laundry list of items needing to be repaired. Of course, we thought it was all damage from the road hazard. So we agreed, knowing insurance would cover the $5000.00 repair bill. NOOOO.. as it turns out, all we really needed was the oil pan replaced. The other items were optional, but we were not told this. Now we are out THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, and despite numerous efforts, Toyota of Boerne won't make their mistake right. Oh, BTW, good luck reaching an actual human being when you try and call this place. The managers don't return calls. Go anywhere else but Toyota of Boerne. More

Then had trouble with a tire and took it to Discount tire and they told me i got royally screwed because Toyota had put 2016 tires on a 2018 vehicle. I never received my paperwork from the sale even after calling several times to David and even going by there and was told he was out of office. Please go anywhere else but to them. Test drove another similar car but they bumped up the price by 4K. The guy who was talking to us over phone did not agree to the price we confirmed and told that it was a mistake. They were so dishonest and unprofessional. When asked to talk to the manager, some employee faked himself as a manager and spoke very rudely. This is not the way to do business and to lie to customers. More
Buy somewhere else!!!! Horrible, dishonest, awful customer service! I live an hour away and wrote to inquire and requested photos as the image on the ad was a stock photo. I explained I didn’t want to drive an hour one way for nothing. I couldn’t get the sales person to send me pictures. So I spoke to a manager, Larry, and he said to be patient because the staff was short because of Covid-19 and they were serving customers who were in the store. He said if I came up and didn’t like the car he would give me a free tank of gas on my car. We set an appointment for 2pm. We got there, it was 245 before the sales person we were assigned to was available. Meanwhile there were 5 or 6 men standing around talking and playing on their phones doing nothing. When the sales person did finally come over it took her 30 min to pull the car around and when she finally did it was filthy (after she guaranteed me over the phone it was immaculately clean), and the front bumper was missing and so was the left door handle. It looked like a salvage car. And it was nothing like the ad, supposed to have Navigation and leather seats. It had neither. Wasn’t the right color. The ad was a total fabrication. When we took our concerns to a manager he made excuses about not being able to keep track of inventory and third party car information problems. They had this car on their lot for a month. Just excuses. I got my tank of gas but lost 4 hours out of my day because they wouldn’t provide pictures and falsely advertised the car to begin with. Complete waste of time and lack of ethics!! Buy somewhere else!!! More
Warning - Be wary of Toyota of Boerne to do business with them. They have a very deceptive business practice the way they advertise the price of a car. I was attracted to the price of $15,999.00 for a 2019 C them. They have a very deceptive business practice the way they advertise the price of a car. I was attracted to the price of $15,999.00 for a 2019 Camry LE. But turns out, to buy the car, I have to pay additional $499.00 for installed security systems, and, $900.00 for safety check of the car. That makes the price NOT $15,999.00 plus tax and title, but, almost $17,500 plus tax and title. I say, they don't have a very clean and clear attitude. So, I left without a car from there. More

So we where there from 4pm to 1130 and like other customers I also did not recieve all my paper work and they gave us the truck washed. I asked and made sure they would take care of everything and at that time they didnt and there ate many other incidents that happend as well. When I brought the truck back to get the paint fixed they only fixed one of the problems and at the same time broke off the arena and stold my husbands jumper cables and straps. Edward had them fix the arena, but once again we had to wait forever. And like some of the other comments I've read, I also mentioned that I did not want the security package, but they made me buy too. My dad told me that no one should make us buy anything we don't want, if it's going to be our car. Like what the heck, my dad is right and I still feel so upset. So sometime in may we had to take the truck in for a nail in the tire and they told my husband that he needed to pay $100 for an alignment and something about the milage was off. I was like cmon really. So while we where waiting to pick up the truck from the tire being changed I called and spoke with a David Rojas, I explained everything that I mentioned on the last review, plus this alignment they wanted my husband to pay for. He put me on hold for a while and then came back and took care of the alignment. But, David said we would talk again and set up a time for him to see the truck and the damages that where not taken care of. They dont even care someone stole my husbands jumper cables and straps. That's a huge reason we stay out of San Antonio, because we feel that we are safe a secure in boerne, but I guess every place is the same. They do not care about the consumer that is helping to pay their Bill's. Especially making us buy this horrible security feature. Oh and let me tell you what Edward told me, to call my insurance to get the rest of the truck fix, because it was to much money for Toyota to dish out. I would have bought a new truck then. Geez theres so much more to tell, but honestly make sure you stand your ground. Edward is just looking for fast sales, and the closing guy told me he was a manager too. No call back from anyone so disappointed. Mitsubishi treated us better, and I was thinking we where upgrading to the Toyota dealership. More
