There are many reasons why Tony is so great: First and foremost is his great personality which makes him easy to deal with and makes one feel like a family member. Second, Tony takes time, patience, understanding of ones needs to help put you in the car of your dreams! Third, the whole process is pleasant and easy due to Tony's expertise and multi - tasking to get the paperwork and any negotiating done. Lastly, Tony is there to help you at all costs and will go out of his way in doing so! These reasons are why my parents have bought their cars from Tony! I was present on the last two cars my parents have bought from him and like wine gets better with age, Tony just keeps surpassing himself! This is hard to do when you are already doing awesome but somehow he just excels! This leads to part two of just how great Tony is at David Bruce Toyota! My husband, Lou Fahey and myself, Jolynne Fahey purchased our first Toyota XLE from Tony which just happened to be my parents car that they traded. I am an older guy (72) and have purchased 18 vehicles in my lifetime, many more than perhaps I have a right to have owned. I can say, unequivocally, that Tony is the best of the best car sales personnel that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I think that what makes Tony such a great salesman is his love of family. This is a guy that along with his wife has correctly raised several children, a most honest and respected member of the David Bruce sales team. Most folks “hate” to purchase a vehicle it's a “bitter sweet” experience. You want the joy of ownership of a different “ride” but loathe the buying part. Tony makes the buying part very easy as he is not “pushie” (I hate pushie), but instead spends a lot of his time with his customers to ensure that they are looking at vehicles that best fit their needs. In dealing with a dealership you run into lots of folks along the way, and I can say that I never ran into anyone at David Bruce that disrespected or treated me as just another mark.
