Best car buying experience ever! I live in Bensenville, IL (16 miles west of Lake Michigan) in the west Chicago suburbs. I tried working with my local Elmhurst Toyota dealer to order I live in Bensenville, IL (16 miles west of Lake Michigan) in the west Chicago suburbs. I tried working with my local Elmhurst Toyota dealer to order a 2016 Toyota 4runner TRD Pro and it was nothing but a nightmare to deal with. At the Elmhurst dealership, nobody seemed to know anything about this "specialty" vehicle and couldn't get answers to any questions I had. So they convinced me to place on order and promised me it would be delivered in 4 months (after being built in Japan). After 3 months of waiting and continuously calling the dealership (basically badgering them) they finally told me the truth that they probably couldn't get the vehicle. The sales rep I was working with was not proactive at all on calling me back or informing me of anything. It was like pulling teeth. To my disappointment, I began another search around the local area to find another. I used the Cars.com mobile app to search and right away noticed that David Bruce Auto had one in their deliver queue. From the time I began working with Tony Malzone until now, he has been timely, articulate, friendly, customer service oriented, and professional. He is by far the best cars salesman I've ever worked with. Super personable guy and on top of whats he's doing. I don't think I ever really had to call the dealership for anything after the initial call. Tony was so proactive and would call and text me with regular updates. MY entire purchasing experience went great to. I did take care of my financing through my personal bank prior to arriving at the dealership which also cut down on the transaction time. All-and-all, we probably finished all of our business deal within 20 minutes. Since I've had the vehicle Tony has reach out via text to ensure my level of satisfaction. I've purchased three new vehicles in my life and never experienced that. These guys/gals do a great job taking care of their customer. Although I live over an hour away from Bourbonnais, I will recommend that the rest of my family and friends drive down there to see what a good customer experience is all about. More

After spending most of my morning running from dealership to dealership Tony took the time to figure out what I wanted, he made a few suggestions but never felt pressured. Tony made the entire experience easy, he didn't mind how many trucks I wanted to test drive, worked to keep my payments low. After a few bad experiences at other dealerships in the past both me and my wife were extatic we got someone as helpful and friendly as Tony. I'd recommend David Bruce to anyone, my wife is already planning on going to Tony when she trades her vehicle in. More
