I corresponded with Keith several times via text and phone calls and he was always prompt to respond. I traveled 120 miles to purchase the car. The first thing I noticed when I arrived for the test-drive were three dents in the driver’s side door. When I pointed them out to Keith, he said he had not noticed them. I was disappointed that I was unable to see the dents in the photos on the website. There was an adjustment made to the price I agreed upon so I did purchase the car. Keith was very pleasant to deal with. I would have given a rating of five stars but I did not like the surprise of seeing the dents in the door. More
