Smoothest car purchase ever! We were in the market for a new car that had a rare option on it and after doing my due diligence of being an informed consumer and doing massive amou We were in the market for a new car that had a rare option on it and after doing my due diligence of being an informed consumer and doing massive amounts of online research, I found a fantastic deal on the exact car we wanted at David Bruce Toyota Cadillac. This dealership was a 2 hour and 15 minute drive from where we live, so I called to inquire about this car and to make sure it did indeed have the options their online posting said it had and to get their final price. I ended up speaking with Dave Sosnowski, their internet sales manager, and he was upfront and honest in answering my questions and didn't pay games -- he gave me their bottom dollar price on what they would sell this car for. I said we'd be over the next morning to look at it. When we arrived, Dave had been expecting us as the car was all polished up and in their detail shop since it was snowing out and he wanted it looking clean and polished up. We bough the car on the stop and there was no sales pressure tactics used at all. To make things even better -- from the time we sat down to start the buying process with Dave until we were done and received the keys to drive away with the vehicle took about 45 minutes!!!! Hands down the fastest, smoothest and most hassle-free car purchase I ever made in my life and we got the best deal from them compared to the other dealerships in the state that I had contacted. More

We had a problem with our credit and thought that we will not be able to get the vehicle that we wanted, however because of Dave's persistence and hard work he was able to tie us up with a bank who was willing to extend an auto loan to us. In a Rush and Still Got a Great Deal We recently lost a vehicle in a crash, and needed to purchase a new vehicle very quickly. I did hours of internet searches the night before. As I co We recently lost a vehicle in a crash, and needed to purchase a new vehicle very quickly. I did hours of internet searches the night before. As I continued to narrow down my list I noticed that 3 of the cars I was looking at were at the same dealership. I figured worst case scenario I can test drive 3 of the vehicles on our list, and possibly narrow the list down even quicker. We woke up early and headed to David Bruce Toyota in Bourbonnais. We test drove all 3 and never had any push back from the awesome dealer Zach. Once we drove the 3rd one we were sold (on the car nothing that the dealer had said to us) We said we wanted to talk numbers so we headed inside. Where Zach was understanding of what we wanted to pay and fought to get us what we wanted. We had the car go in for service for just a few minor issues that we wanted fixed. As we waited for the car to be completed Zach sat patiently with us and had plenty to discuss to keep us occupied. After awhile we were going to leave to get a bite to eat, but Zach insisted on buying us some delicious Jimmy Johns. After awhile the service manager needed to wait for a part to ship, and our car would not be ready for at least 24 hours. I explained that we were in desperate need of a vehicle and he was very understanding. He said he was out of loaners at the time, but do not fear he stuck the plates on a lot car just so I went home satisfied. As soon at the car was completed Zach brought the car to my job, and dropped it off personally. I do not work anywhere close to the dealership by the way. The car came back 100% and even shined up further. I normally do not fill these surveys out, but this one deserved the 5 stars. I remember talking to Zach, and saying that I want to start a relationship with one car dealer. Well I found the place I will be returning to for every one of our vehicle purchases. Absolutely outstanding. Can't wait to see Zach again for our next purchase soon. More
