I stopped by to talk to Dave Sosnowski because I noticed some rust on the windshield frame of my vehicle. I was previously told it wasn't covered by the warranty, and I was very unhappy about that. Finance manager tried to "up" the rate by .9%. Acting like it was an error. Then he quoted monthly payment at 10 bucks more per month than it was, so when he asked about the extended warranty, the Acting like it was an error. I did the math and it did not add up, so I asked and discovered the deceit, so I made him take off the coverage. Then he tried to have me sign a blank contract (as a back up) in case the real finance guy needed to go a different route with financing. The whole thing was just "skanky", everything you can imagine in a sleazy car lot was here. More

It would have been better to know about the offer when we wrote deposit check, May 4, 2013.
