I purchased my 2004 RAV4 from Planet Toyota 9 years ago and was time to get a new one. Dave gave me the best customer service and price on a 2012 RAV4 V6. They simply told me to purchase it from David Bruce. The internet sales person didn't even come out to say Hi. They kept my key and wouldn't give it back to me unit they done with their BS. If you're looking to purchase a Toyota, I highly suggest you talk to Dave and see what he can do for you. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT PLANET TOYOTA!!!! They promisted me a $20 gas gift card on the phone for test driving their car. What gift card??? Another dealer that I would't visit is Orland Toyota at Orland Park. More

We can't imagine a better way to buy a used car. We traveled from Minneapolis to O'Hare in Chicago and were picked up by a representative of the dealer. Now that's service! At a time when US corporations are just sitting on record amounts of cash just waiting for the economy to recover, David Bruce is out there actually doing what needs to be done to stimulate the economy...doing what needs to be done for the benefit of it's own business, it's employees, and it's customers.
