If leaving 0 stars was a thing I would. 2k mark up on a tacoma that was on its way from the factory and they tried FORCING me to get their ceramic coat package and putting a deposit down. They wouldn't sell me the truck without the coating and when I asked them if it came from the factory like that they said no so I said then Toyota doesn't want it on there. "It doesn't matter, we won't sell you this truck without it." I speak to the GSM and he immediately comes down from 2k to 800 bucks and when I try telling him I would buy the truck right now without the ceramic he says 800 is a good price, you're lucky you're not looking at a Tundra were marking those up 8 to 10k. When I said that's insane he put his hand in my face and told me to shut up. Scam artists. More
