Janelle is an example of what a car salesperson should be. She was always available and informative during my new car journey, but never pushy which is a total turnoff for me. We would have returned the following day to complete the sale if we knew in advance. It wound up taking 4 hours to make the purchase - due to a back up of sales and only one person doing that final step. Even though I'm sure we didn't leave until after 9:00 p m, Janelle stayed until she knew we were finished and on our way home. More
