Janelle is an example of what a car salesperson should be. She was always available and informative during my new car journey, but never pushy which is a total turnoff for me. She understood my personal needs and worked hard to get the perfect vehicle for me. The only negative experience came when we had to complete the sale, waiting way too long. We would have returned the following day to complete the sale if we knew in advance. It wound up taking 4 hours to make the purchase - due to a back up of sales and only one person doing that final step. Even though I'm sure we didn't leave until after 9:00 p m, Janelle stayed until she knew we were finished and on our way home. More
