This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Janelle and Toyota. All of our other vehicles were lost to accidents and they all still had thousands of miles left on them. This last loss could have been m and Toyota. All of our other vehicles were lost to accidents and they all still had thousands of miles left on them. This last loss could have been much worse than just losing the car. Due to the integrity of our 2011 Highlander we survived someone running a light and totaling both our cars. We walked away with only a few broken ribs and the cabin was totally intact and the doors were still able to open. Both of the others were trucks which had over 250,000 miles each. NEVER had anything major in repairs. The staff at this dealership were not waiting to attack you when you walked in the doors. Spoke with manager as we waited for Janelle. Very friendly and sincere people. More
I recently traded in my 2020 Toyota Camry for an older car as my finances were suffering due to losing both of my clients within 1 month as their personal assistants. The battery had gone bad on the Camr car as my finances were suffering due to losing both of my clients within 1 month as their personal assistants. The battery had gone bad on the Camry and both Matt Hadley and his boss replaced it with no charge! Matt helped me find a 2014 Hyundai Alantra SE and I've been very happy with it! The Camry's seats weren't broken in as it only had 23,000 miles on it and the speakers were only in the doors. The seats in my Hyundai are much more comfortable, probably due to higher mileage, and the radio has alot better sound! Matt has been very helpful to me as well as Anne-Marie who helped us with the paperwork for the Hyundai. I would highly recommend contacting Matt Hadley if you're ever in need of a new or used car.
