Had a great experience. Matt was a very down to earth salesman, didn’t pressure me hard into buying add-ons with my new car purchase. The one part about Bourbonnais Toyota that I didn’t like is the xzilo salesman, didn’t pressure me hard into buying add-ons with my new car purchase. The one part about Bourbonnais Toyota that I didn’t like is the xzilon treatment is applied to ALL of their vehicles, so I was under the assumption this was a free add on they provided to their customers. I later found out you in fact are paying for it however Matt was able to work with the owner to bring down the price for this add on for me. What I do love is that Bourbonnais Toyota also provides a lifetime power train warranty with every new vehicle so this makes the additional cost for the xzilon treatment totally worth it. Matt also took the time to go over all the vehicle features in detail with me including getting my phone set up before leaving the lot. Overall Bourbonnais Toyota and my salesman Matt made it into very smooth, pain free buying experience. and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. More

Very smooth purchase - I enjoyed interacting with Matt Hadley to buy our new Tacoma. He was very friendly and easy to work with.
