As we purchased our new vehicle during the Covid pandemic, the buying process was mostly done through texts, emails, and phone calls which I didn't mind. Our salesperson, Janelle, reached out to us rather quickly after we requested more information about a vehicle and the ball was rolling. I don't like to waste time, mine or anyone else's, so I simply asked for their absolute best price on the car we were thinking about purchasing. I then received a phone call from the General Sales Manager, Dan, who gave me their bottom-line price. I never received any sort of typical car-salesmen sales pitch from Dan and I felt like I was receiving a fair price (which I confirmed by getting quotes from several other dealerships for the same model). I then filled out a credit application online and had an answer the next morning. After that, things moved quickly. We set up an appointment for a test drive, went to the dealership for the test drive and agreed to purchase the car. Todd, the Finance Department head who handles all of the official purchase paperwork, already have everything printed for us. After handing over the keys and paperwork to our trade-in along with our down payment check, we were done. In total, the time spent in the actual dealership was about an hour, start to finish, and that included the test drive. More
