We never feel pressured and always get a better price and service here than any other dealership. Janelle is knowledgable, kind, and she listens which allows her to understand our various needs. And every staff member at this dealership remembers me, greeting me (and my dog) by name and welcoming me into their business. Covid-19 has brought challenges to shopping for a car but Janelle made this process a comfortable and safe one. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for a car and I love my new (and my third) Toyota Highlander. More
