We actually need to have the negative posts in order to address and improve and process or situation that needs attention. I hope that our prompt attention to your concern is an indication of how important customer service is to us. Once we were able to search our database and figure out which request yours was, then we sent: Good evening. We wanted to reach out again. After some investigation, we figured out the issue and I (Dave) sent an email video with a personal message to address the situation. I hope you received that email and got a chance to play the video. I wanted to let you know that the $5000 rebate available out East would be a great opportunity for you since we don't have any such rebate available. Toyota may offer different incentives in different regions. I have also since addressed the situation with my sales associate so he knows how to double check any comments and questions asked when people submit a request online.
