Matt was a great salesman, meaning that he was personable, easy to relate to, and very low pressure. He was so easy going that I hesitate to even use the word "salesman" for fear of negative connotations that some associate with that word. He is relatively new to the Toyota world, and so while he knew many things, there were some Toyota-specific details he did not know. However, he freely admitted it when these few items came up, rather than making something up. When finished, I walked out the door, paying exactly what Dave had told be before I came in with no surprises, no hidden fees, and no hassle. More

Great deal and customer service I was interested in a white avalon with black interior that was fully loaded. I saw that they had one in stock and called the day before to see if the I was interested in a white avalon with black interior that was fully loaded. I saw that they had one in stock and called the day before to see if they still had it. They did, but when I came in the next day they told me it was sold the same day I called. I wasn’t happy because i drove almost an hour to come and pick it up. I spoke with a salesman named Keith and he apologized and promised to contact me if he gets a similar vehicle in. 3 days later he texted me letting me know they had a black on black Avalon in stock, also fully loaded. I drove out to see it, and it actually looked better in black. Keith and the sales manager (I believe his name was Dan) went through the details with me, and were able to work with me to get me the payment that I wanted. I appreciate their knowledge and assistance. I get compliments on the car everywhere I go. Thank you guys again! More
